By booking or using services provided by EcoFuture Cleaning Limited, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking.

- Services We Offer
We provide professional cleaning services in Derby and surrounding areas, including: ● Commercial cleaning.
- Office cleaning.
- Airbnb turnover cleaning.
- End of tenancy cleaning.
- Retail and shop cleaning.
- One-off and contract cleans.
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Booking & Payments
- Bookings can be made via phone, email, website, or social media.
- Full address, contact details, and cleaning instructions must be provided.
- Payment is due on completion for one-off jobs or in advance for recurring contracts unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, card, or invoice.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours in advance without charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a £25 late cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or health/safety issues.
- Access to Property
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide access at the agreed time. ● If we are unable to access the property, a call-out fee of £25 may apply. ● For key collections or drop-offs, arrangements must be agreed in advance.
- Customer Responsibilities
- Please ensure the space is accessible, safe to work in, and free from hazards. ● Valuable or fragile items should be secured or removed before our arrival. ● We are not responsible for damage to items not disclosed as fragile or faulty.
- Insurance & Liability
- We are fully insured for public liability and professional cleaning services. ● We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or improper surfaces.
- Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you’re not happy with any part of the service: ● Contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll return to re-clean the affected area free of charge. ● Refunds are offered only if re-cleaning is not possible or declined by the customer.
- Use of Eco-Friendly Products
We use eco-safe cleaning products suitable for most surfaces. If you require the use of specific products due to allergies or sensitivities, please notify us during booking.
- Data & Privacy
All customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties.
- Changes to Terms
EcoFuture Cleaning Limited reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date.
